Orders typically ship out the same day or next day from our Nelson-based warehouse during weekday business hours (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm). Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday. Orders will reach you within an estimated 2-3 working days. All packages will be tracked from the moment they leave our warehouse right through to delivery, and we will update you at each and every shipping milestone to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

Exchanges and returns
We are bound by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA, 2015). Chat with us (via chat icon - look bottom right) within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number, what you are returning, and what you would like to exchange it for.
- Sale items cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
- All items purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Items must not be worn, altered or soiled. Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.
- Items must include the original box in its original condition.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-fundable.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
- All sale items are non-refundable.
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for exchanges to be processed and returned to you.
If you discover an item you have purchased is damaged, please chat with us (via chat icon - look bottom right) within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number.
Please note if items are found damaged as a result of wear and tear, they are not considered faulty.
We use globally recognised payment providers (e.g. AfterPay, Visa, Master Card, Stripe and PayPal), which guarantees safe use of all customer payment details. We also accept payment from Visa Prezzy cards.
